Components such as buckets, or any other steel attachments cannot be defective. Due to the nature of the part, they may come with slight scratches, abrasions, rust, etc. We try our best to minimize this. These parts will not be exchanged for surface defects, and we are not responsible if the part does not fit your machine as intended. We guarantee they will be structurally sound and capable of intended use. If for some reason they aren't, we'll send you a new one.

For electrical or hydraulic components that are defective – we will send you a new identical part. Customer must show proof that they are defective within 10 days of receiving.
